Use Tellit at your discretion.
Tellit uses third-party AI services to power its core features:
Modulate (Velma-2) for transcription — Your voice recordings are sent to Modulate's speech-to-text API to convert your spoken entries into text. Modulate operates a zero data retention policy and does not store your audio beyond the time needed to complete transcription. Your audio is never used to train AI models. No personal account data (name, email, or account information) is sent — only the audio recording. Your identity is never tied to the data Modulate receives.
Anthropic (Claude) for insights — Your transcribed text is sent to Anthropic's Claude AI (Haiku and Sonnet models) to generate insights, summaries, reflections, and patterns. Only your transcript text is sent — no personal account data (name, email, or account information). Your identity is never tied to the data Anthropic receives. Anthropic does not use API inputs to train their models by default.
Before any data is sent to these services, Tellit asks for your explicit consent within the app.
AI output may be imperfect, incomplete, or inaccurate. You agree not to rely on AI insights for medical, legal, financial, or psychological decisions.
You agree not to:
Harass, threaten, or defame others
We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.
